Lodge Regalia Liquidation Sale
Overview
The following is the current plan for the liquidation of lodge-owned regalia and related equipment. This plan is subject to change as preparations continue.
In addition to regalia, the sale will include other lodge-owned items such as drums, sound equipment, and other historical pieces used by the lodge over the years.
Items will be offered in one of two ways:
- Auction
- Fixed-price sale
Most auction items will also include a Buy It Now option. All auction items will have an established fair market value, and Buy It Now prices for auction items will generally be set at approximately 125% of fair market value.

Early Purchase Opportunity
Friday evening of Fall Fellowship will provide a one-time opportunity for individuals who have directly participated in the lodge’s dance and ceremonial programs to purchase items before sales open to the rest of the lodge. During this time, eligible individuals may purchase fixed-price items or auction items at the Buy It Now price.

Current and Former Dance Team and Ceremonial Team members who have earned the Dance Team Coup or the Ordeal, Brotherhood, or Vigil Ceremony Team Coup
Members with only Pre-Ordeal and/or Chapter Ceremonial Coups are not included.

Current and Former elected Lodge Officers
8:00 PM
Current and Former Lodge Associate Advisers
9:00 PM
Friday evening sales conclude
Fall Fellowship Sale
Following breakfast, the sale will open to all Fall Fellowship participants. Auction bidding, Buy It Now purchases, and fixed-price sales will all be available.
Most auction items will begin bidding at approximately 66% of their established fair market value.
Fixed-price sales and Buy It Now purchases will close at 4:00 pm. Auctions will close at 5:00 pm.
Winners must be present to claim their items.

Remote Purchases
Individuals unable to attend Fall Fellowship may purchase available items at the Buy It Now price by working directly with the sale staff on Saturday only. Remote purchases will not be available during the Friday evening priority sale, and priority will always be given to those attending the event in person.
Items purchased remotely will be removed from the auction tables after lunch on Saturday. Payment must be completed promptly, and purchasers must either arrange for someone else to pick them up during the weekend.
Shipping is discouraged due to the time and effort involved. While shipping may be available in limited circumstances, a significant handling fee will be added.

General Information
The sale will be held in the dining hall.
Items that are not sold or paid for during Fall Fellowship will be offered again at the Winter Banquet.
The lodge is in discussions with several vendors regarding the purchase of any remaining items after the Winter Banquet.
