Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) Meeting Minutes
December 18, 2025, 7:00 p.m.
Heart of America Council Service Center

1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Lodge Chief, Lilly. The meeting opened with a greeting, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the OA Obligation.
2. Old Business
   • Approval of November LEC Minutes
     • The Lodge Secretary, Adrian, presented the November LEC minutes.
     • Jedi made a motion to approve the minutes.
     • Joshua seconded the motion.
     • Minutes were approved by general consent in a voice vote.
3. New Business
   • Lodge Chief – Lilly
     • Reminded all members to sign in.
     • Provided a THRIVE Promise & Possibility update.
     • Encouraged dues payments and increased OA involvement in new units.
     • Announced an Eagle Scout Fountain Clean-Up opportunity on Earth Day, April 22, 2026.
     • Wished the lodge Happy Holidays.
     • Announced the next LEC meeting: January 15 at the HOAC Service Center.
   • Vice Chief of Administration – Archer
     • Delivered an administrative update, reporting 2,167 registered members.
     • Shared an end-of-the-year summary.
   • Vice Chief of Chapters – Jack
     • Presented a chapter update and end-of-the-year summary.
     • Introduced 2026 Chapter Leadership, including new Chapter Chiefs and Area
   • Vice Chief of Inductions – Luka
     • Shared an end-of-the-year summary.
     • Provided a Brotherhood Celebration Day recap.
     • Thanked all Inductions staff and volunteers for their service.
     • Announced several open chairman roles.
   • Vice Chief of Program – Jedi
     • Presented an end-of-the-year summary and thanked members for their dedication.
     • Announced that several 2026 leadership positions remain open.
     • Promoted the ArrowPass as a cost-saving option for lodge events.
     • Reviewed upcoming events:
       • Winter Banquet – January 3, 2026
       • Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) – February 7, 2026
   • Secretary – Adrian
     • Presented “Secretary Wrapped”, an end-of-the-year summary.
     • Recognized the work of the Secretary team chairmen.
   • Treasurer – Joshua
     • Delivered a financial update.
     • Introduced the 2026 Vice Chief of Finance – Alex L.
       Shared an end-of-the-year summary.
     • Recognized the Treasurer team chairmen.
4. Open Floor Discussion
   • Section Business presented by Avail
     Announced the 2026 Section Conclave theme: Lord of the Rings.
   • Conclave will be held at Naish.
   • All members were encouraged to attend.
5. Adviser’s Minute – Troy Johnson
   The Lodge Adviser shared closing reflections with the committee.
6. Closing
   The meeting concluded with the OA Song.
